Checking your bag can be one of the most stressful parts of the trip, but TUI strives to make it as seamless as possible. Typically, bag drop opens two to three hours before your flight, and once you check-in, you can work with an agent to get your bag checked.
Advance Bag Check
If you have a TOM flight number, you’re in luck! You are eligible to participate in two additional bag drop options: day-before bag drop and self-service bag drop.
If you’re close to the airport, you may want to pop by 24 hours before your flight to drop off your bag. This is not available at all airports, so make sure you check before heading over. To participate, make sure you are checked in and bring your travel documentation. Then, you won’t have to worry about your bags until you get to your final destination, saving you time and stress.
Another option is to participate in self-service bag drop. Participating airports have kiosks that will help you scan in and tag your bags, preventing you from needing to stand in long lines. There will be TUI employees on hand to help and answer any questions you may have.
How Do I Check My Bag?
You have three options when it comes to checking your bag. You can:
- Check it at the desk 2-3 hours before your departure.
- Check it the day before (if eligible)
- Check it the day of via self-service.
