TUI Flex offers customers peace of mind, knowing that if they need to make a change to – or even cancel! – their trip, they can do so free of charge up to 28 days before their departure. It is an extra cost, and the amount varies based on the trip, which leaves many customers wondering if it’s worth it.
Ultimately, it’s your preference if you’d like to add TUI Flex to your trip.
What’s Included in TUI Flex?
TUI Flex has three main components: switching holiday details, changing passenger names, and canceling trips.
- You can change your holiday details, including your trip date, destination, or hotel information.
- You can adjust passenger names on trips following your booking, including the lead passenger.
- You can cancel and get a full refund. The only thing you will not be credited for is the price of TUI Flex. If only select members of the trip want to cancel, you can also get a partial refund.
All changes can only be made once per booking, and they must be made up to 28 days prior to your departure date. TUI Flex does not cover changes that are made after that date. There are some additional restrictions, including your trip must be on or before Oct. 31, 2024, use TUI Airways flights, and be more than 90 days away.
Remember that you must add TUI Flex at the time of your booking to take advantage of these flexible policies. You cannot add it after the booking has been confirmed.
