Now, if you purchased Wizz Flex with your fare, you will be able to make changes to your date, time, and flight routing. While you are unable to cancel, this is a way that allows you to postpone your travel until you are ready to take your trip.

You must cancel your flight three hours or more before your departure in order to qualify for a refund.

You can easily cancel your Wizz Air flight online, in the app, or by phone. You are subject to fees if you do not have Wizz Flex. These can cost up to €85, so it’s best to wait to book until you work out all the details.
